Las Luces, C.P. 45654, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Art Education, Teaching of the Arts, or Music. * Professional title (mandatory) and professional license (desirable). * Minimum of 2 years teaching at the primary level. * Basic English proficiency. **Skills:** * Service vocation. * Openness to feedback. * Planning and organization. **Job Responsibilities:** * Design, plan, and implement teaching activities: * Use academic tools designed for classroom instruction, both for classroom management and teaching effectiveness. * Design integrative classroom experiences, ensuring learning for each and every one of your students. * Teach and uphold the school culture of SER schools, intentionally implementing necessary routines and systems. * Ensure high academic standards across all subjects through effective internalization. * Timely administration of assessments according to network guidelines. * Actively participate in all trainings designed by the SER Academic Team and sustain learning by directly applying it within your school. * Adhere to work dates and schedules established by the school calendar. **Maintain a culture of high academic standards and values:** * Maintain and promote healthy interpersonal relationships with students, academic staff, and the entire educational community. * Follow up with families and students regarding compliance with the Commitment to Excellence. Schedule and participate in parent-teacher conferences to strengthen school strategies for students and families (at least two meetings per school cycle). * Participate in one-on-one meetings with your school leader (or instructional coach in the case of primary) aimed at improving teaching skills through the implementation of various SER strategies. **Academic Outcomes:** * Participate in weekly data meetings with your school leader (or instructional coach in the case of primary) to conduct in-depth analysis of progress, identify, and close student learning gaps. * Attend feedback meetings with your school leader to maintain best practices and improve teaching strategies as guided by your leader. * Honestly record and monitor the academic performance of your students. * Plan strategies to support students experiencing academic difficulties and improve learning outcomes. * Create and implement your action plan for each term based on assessment data. **All our recruitment processes are impartial.
