Paseo de los Agaves, C.P. 45675, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco. **Essential Requirements:** * **As required by SEP, it is essential to hold a degree in one of the following bachelor's programs:** Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences with specialization in physical-mathematical sciences, Secondary Education with specialization in Mathematics, Teaching of Mathematics, Teaching and Learning of Mathematics in Secondary Education, or Mathematics. * Must have a degree. * Professional license (Desirable). * Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level. **Skills:** * Openness to feedback. * Teamwork. * Planning and organization. **Job Responsibilities:** **Design, plan, and implement teaching activities** * Use academic tools designed for classroom instruction, both for classroom management and teaching rigor. * Design integrative experiences in the classroom, ensuring the learning of each and every one of your students. * Teach and maintain the school culture of SER schools, intentionally implementing necessary routines and systems. * Ensure high academic rigor across all subjects through effective internalization. * Timely administer corresponding assessments according to guidelines established by the network. * Actively participate in all trainings designed by the SER Academic Team and keep learning alive by directly applying it within your school. * Comply with work dates and schedules set by the school calendar. **Maintain a culture of high academic rigor and values** * Maintain and promote healthy interpersonal relationships with students, the academic team, and the entire educational community. * Follow up with families and students regarding compliance with the Commitment to Excellence.
