FUNCTIONS: · Maintain contact with vehicle operators, supervisors, and logistics personnel. · Route any anomalous situations to the corresponding department (security, logistics, maintenance, etc.). · Verify that operators comply with internal policies on traffic, safety, and vehicle usage. · Detect risky behaviors such as speeding, prolonged stops, or unauthorized routes. · Activate protocols in case of theft, accident, or loss of communication with the vehicle. · Coordinate with authorities or security agencies if necessary. · Ensure proper functioning of tracking software and hardware. · Report technical failures or disconnections of installed GPS devices. · Handle sensitive information regarding routes, cargo, and vehicle locations discreetly and responsibly. · Protect data according to company policies.
