**OBJECTIVE:** Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics activities related to the transportation and shipment of fruit, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, documentation, and operational requirements of Alpasa Farms. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support the **scheduling of fruit shipments** to packing facilities or final destinations. * Track **transportation units**, as well as loading and unloading schedules. * Verify that shipped fruit meets specified **volumes, calibers, and presentations**. * Assist in preparing and reviewing **logistics documentation** (delivery notes, loading orders, logs, reports). * Coordinate with internal departments (production, packing, quality, and administration) to ensure efficient operational flow. * Record and report **logistics incidents** (delays, shortages, damages, deviations). * Maintain basic control of **in-transit or pre-shipment product inventories**. * Support the management of **logistics costs** (freight, handling, idle time). * Prepare daily or weekly reports on logistics activities. * Comply with company-established guidelines for **safety, quality, and food safety**.
