Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of collaborator** Trust **Position objective** Professional who applies advanced knowledge in a work area, often acquired through advanced education and work experience. **Responsibilities and activities** * Development of Technical Solutions for Utilities systems to ensure functionality, structural integrity, and compliance with user requirements. * Perform material selection and inspections, simultaneity analysis, equipment and accessory sizing, as well as necessary calculations to ensure feasibility and safety of proposed designs, procurement and installation of process and service equipment, both ancillary and critical. * Plan, analyze, and execute designs (LayOut, P&IDs\_ Drawings) based on distribution, optimization, performance, and functionality requirements of designed equipment, systems, and services, making necessary modifications and adjustments to achieve project objectives. * Identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risk analyses associated with projects through participation with interdisciplinary teams. * Management of Suppliers and contractors. * Monitoring, participation in audits, and regulatory compliance. Experience * In design and development of systems and services for the pharmaceutical industry or related fields. * Analysis and distribution of systems on layouts, services to equipment optimizing industrial processes. * Project management through PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology. * Management of suppliers and contractors. * Experience in project execution based on quality and safety standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge * In the application of mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics principles in the design of equipment and systems. * Manufacturing and production processes in the pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of national and international regulations (NOM059, NOM241, FEUM, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, USP, FSA, CFR, ISPE, ISA). * Requirements, documentation, and testing to be delivered as deliverables to the validation department. * Planning and execution of maintenance, troubleshooting with the ability to quickly identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Education Bachelor's degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical or Chemical-Biological fields **Complementary Profile** * Language. 1.1. English.
