Salary increase based on performance We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage our company’s accounting, ensuring compliance with tax obligations. Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, SUA and SIPARE systems, as well as experience in reconciliations and accounting reports, is essential. Accounting advisory services. Data entry in ASPEL. Tax and financial reconciliation. Filing of tax returns: provisional payments, including annual tax return. Maintaining a favorable standing regarding tax obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). Advisory services and alternatives for expense and investment deductibility (LEGAL ENTITIES). Payroll preparation and calculation. Payroll stamping (CFDI). Calculation of the 2% payroll contribution (option to pay as a service). Calculation and payment forms for federal and state taxes. Social Security Services (IMSS). Employee registration, termination, and salary modifications (SUA, IMSS, and IDSE). Recording of medical leaves, work-related risks, general illness, and maternity leave. Determination of monthly and bimonthly payments (IMSS, INFONAVIT). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * Minimum age of 25 years. * Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting. * Solid knowledge of SUA, SIPARE, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and CFDI. * Experience in calculating and filing taxes and tax obligations. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (CONTPAQi, Aspel, Odoo or similar). * Organizational skills, financial analysis capability, and attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and produce periodic reports. We Offer Salary: $16,000 – $22,000 MXN per month, depending on experience. (Biweekly payment) Working hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Statutory benefits.
