Candidates demonstrating strong professional growth motivation and willingness to learn are also considered. · Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in electronics, mechatronics, industrial equipment maintenance, and fault diagnosis and repair of electronic circuit boards (assessment will be conducted) · Excellent customer service skills and effective communication · Preparation of service reports and diagnostic documentation · Valid Class A driver’s license · Availability and willingness to travel · English proficiency desirable (not mandatory): Written and reading ability sufficient to communicate with manufacturers in the U.S. and Germany. Position Objective: We seek a Mechatronics or Electronics Engineer to provide both preventive and corrective technical support for coding equipment, as well as on-site assistance and advisory services to customers and distributors. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various technical and operational functions related to the maintenance and support of industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coding equipment according to established guidelines. Support the Sales Department by validating technical requirements for new projects: Collect technical data required for equipment installation in new projects, including layout preparation and preliminary analysis. Print samples using various substrates and technologies. Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong oral and written communication skills; capability to generate technical reports; willingness to travel when necessary.
