Key Areas of Responsibility: Provide technical and strategic support for the product line through customer visits, promote new products, make product recommendations, and conduct drilling tests. Collaborate to build long-term business relationships by gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs. About the Position: Conduct scheduled customer visits and provide technical support for the relevant product line, following a visit plan previously coordinated with your immediate supervisor. Carry out and verify all safety measures before entering the mine and/or performing any task. Review drilling parameters as well as the drilling components of drilling equipment to improve drill string steel performance. Deliver requested drilling steel items to equipment operators. (Where applicable, this relates more closely to smaller-diameter drilling.) Evaluate and repair discarded parts to identify areas for improvement, thereby contributing to tool enhancement and performance optimization. Provide performance statistics from drilling tests. Prepare work reports and findings, and submit them to your supervisor along with supporting evidence. Your Profile: Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in drilling tools performance testing. 2–4 years of experience inspecting equipment parts, components, and consumables. Valid driver’s license (Class: Driver). Willingness and ability to travel and flexibility regarding working hours. Willingness to relocate if required. Application deadline: February 2, 2026.
