**Position Objective:** Monitor and protect the organization's property and assets by complying with asset security guidelines. Requirements: * Education: High School Diploma * Experience: 2 years of experience in surveillance and/or security * Desired Competencies: * Knowledge of emergency brigades. Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Responsibilities: * Verify employee entry according to the access control guidelines specified in the Zeyco group work instruction. * Notify internal contacts of the arrival of suppliers, visitors, and contractors, validating their registration in the facility access logbook, as well as collecting and safeguarding official documentation provided for access. * Route incoming calls via switchboard to the required contact or department. * Receive packages and identify the intended recipient, recording the information in the package receipt logbook. * Notify warehouses (Aleaciones or Laboratory) of arriving freight carriers after verifying submitted documentation, and wait for authorization confirming location and entry conditions.
