We manufacture precision masking solutions, line hooks, and technical tapes for manufacturing companies across various industries. **Requirements** Completed bachelor's degree or technical career Two years of experience in customer service Experience in problem resolution Knowledge of billing **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Activities** * Represent the company to active and new customers, addressing their concerns and requests. * Record new orders and make changes to existing ones. * Follow up on issued invoices and received payments. * Conduct phone follow-ups on receipt/analysis and customer response to quotations. * Provide details about products offered and their prices. * Keep customers informed about their accounts and order status. * Regularly contact customers to determine satisfaction with service. * Prepare customer quotations, receive and review purchase orders. * Track order deliveries and monitor customer satisfaction. * Acquire new customers through telemarketing and email. * Reactivate inactive customers through phone calls and/or sending virtual brochures.
