FFW Coordinator (air, ocean, and ground shipments) Position Objective: Efficiently coordinate import and export operations for air, sea, and land shipments, ensuring timely customer service and compliance with logistical and administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: Provide daily customer support regarding the status of their logistics operations (air, ocean, and ground). Request and manage container insurance policies. Schedule and follow up on carrier payments. Prepare and submit import AMS filings for all shipments. Carry out monthly WIP (Work In Progress) and accrual closures.
