Objective: Ensure proper receipt, storage, control, and distribution of hotel supplies, equipment, and materials. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the **receipt of goods**, verifying alignment with purchase orders and invoices. * **Record, classify, and store** products and supplies properly. * Maintain **inventory control**. * Control and management of **FIFO and LIFO methods** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in accounting * Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in hospitality) * Knowledge of procurement and hospitality operations.
