**We are looking for a Warehouse Manager!** At **Siembra**, we are seeking a professional with experience in industrial warehouse management, inventory control, process oversight, and leadership, capable of ensuring the proper operation of our warehouses. **Location:** Tala, Jalisco **Work Model:** On-site **Responsibilities:** * Inventory management, supervision, control, and monitoring of spare parts. * Ensure timely supply of materials and spare parts to the manufacturing plant. * Guarantee compliance with processes through purchase orders and accurate documentation for audits. * Comply with and enforce safety and hygiene regulations in warehouse operations. * Properly store chemicals, fuels, spare parts, and equipment under safe and auditable conditions, contributing to a culture of safety and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Knowledge of ISO management systems * Industrial safety regulations and chemical handling standards * Experience with ERP systems (SAP) * Inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average cost) * Control of hazardous materials and safe forklift operation * Good storage and manufacturing practices (GSP, GMP) * Physical inventory techniques: periodic, cycle, and blind counts.
