Warehouse Supervisor The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the proper operation of the warehouse by supervising and controlling processes related to receiving, storage, handling, and dispatching of materials, guaranteeing inventory integrity, personnel safety, proper equipment functionality, and effective coordination with involved departments, in compliance with established procedures and plant operational objectives. **Role Responsibilities** * Enforce operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, material handling and disposition, and maintaining up-to-date warehouse inventory records. * Inspect the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment. * Coordinate equipment repairs with external vendors and/or forklift mechanics. * Report high-cost repairs to the department manager. * Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure proper coordination between warehouse activities and other functions such as production, sales, record control, and purchasing. * Escalate high-level or high-impact issues to management. * Direct recovery of damaged or used material. * Conduct month-end inventory counts and cyclic counts to ensure physical inventories reconcile with accounting records. * Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. * Participate in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities. * *This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required. Functions, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time, with or without prior notice.* **Requirements** * 2\-4 years of experience in this area or in a similar position. * Prior experience in inventory management and systems; preferably in a finished-goods warehouse. * Experience leading teams: direct supervision of personnel or previous supervision/coordinating of warehouse work teams. * Proficiency in Excel and report generation. Prior experience with ORACLE, SAP, or similar systems. * Knowledge of payroll pre-filling systems. * Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to rotate shifts as required. * Availability to work at the Jalisco Logistics Industrial Park.
