




**Position Objective:** Design, implement, and oversee the company's commercial strategy focused on sustainable sales growth, customer retention, market expansion, and excellence in customer service, ensuring the achievement of financial and commercial objectives within the food industry. **Key Responsibilities** · Define and execute the sales plan aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. · Design and supervise the sales force structure and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual targets. · Identify business opportunities in wholesale, retail, and digital channels (Ecommerce). · Establish pricing policies, promotions, and commercial terms. · Coordinate with production planning and logistics to ensure product availability. · Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition. · Develop commercial relationships with key clients and distributors. · Supervise customer service processes, report issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels. · Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. · Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards for marketed products. · Generate commercial performance reports for senior management. · Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage customers and opportunities. · Collaborate with the purchasing department to integrate commercial strategies with supply chain operations. **Job Requirements** · Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Previous work experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial roles, including experience in purchasing. · Technical or specific knowledge: Commercial strategy, financial analysis, sales management, quality and food safety regulations, CRM (preferably HubSpot), Ecommerce. · Languages: Advanced English (minimum C1+ level). · Required soft skills: Leadership, negotiation, effective communication, strategic thinking, results orientation. · Experience in Brick and Mortar strategies (Plus) **Working Conditions** · Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. · Work mode: On-site/Hybrid with availability to travel. · Tools or equipment used: Computer, CRM (HubSpot), ERP, Ecommerce platforms, corporate phone. **Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes** · Knowledge: Commercial strategy, consultative selling, market analysis, food quality and safety, Ecommerce, CRM. · Skills: Leadership, planning, negotiation, analysis, team management. · Attitudes: Proactivity, commitment, professional ethics, results focus.
