Job Summary: Support key human resources processes including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in recruitment and personnel selection. 2. Assist in personnel file administration and payroll control. 3. Support the organization of training programs and workplace climate. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support the **recruitment and personnel selection process** (posting job vacancies, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews). * Compile and maintain **up-to-date personnel files**. * Support **payroll incident tracking** (absences, tardiness, leave requests, disabilities). * Prepare **employment contracts, letters, certificates, and administrative documents**. * Support the **enrollment, termination, and modification procedures with IMSS**. * Maintain records of **staff attendance and punctuality**. * Support the **organization of training programs** and internal events. * Track **vacations, leave requests, and staff movements**. * Address basic employee inquiries regarding **policies, payments, and benefits**. * Support activities related to **organizational climate and internal communication**. **Knowledge:** * Fundamental Human Resources processes * Federal Labor Law (basic level) * Personnel file management * Payroll incident control * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite **Skills** * Organization * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Teamwork * Discretion and handling of confidential information Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
