Works to increase productivity, reduce costs, and manage overall production plant operations. (New Product Introduction) SMT Process Engineer. Manages the introduction of new products utilizing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) into manufacturing. This role ensures a smooth, high-quality transition from product design to full-scale production by optimizing SMT processes, creating build packages, and verifying manufacturing steps such as stencil design and program setup. **Technical Knowledge:** SMT/Back End processes, SMT/Back End tooling design, equipment experience "SMT/Back End equipment experience, OR/WS thermal profiles, conformal coating process, process optimization, quality control, efficient manufacturing, PCBA knowledge, process optimization, quality control, efficient manufacturing, PCBA knowledge. Core Tools, IATF, SAP, Lean Manufacturing, (Yellow and Green Belt) **Software:** Equipment management, Gerber viewer, CAD viewer. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in a similar position within electronic component manufacturing companies **Advanced English** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
