Manages the introduction of new products utilizing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) into manufacturing. This role ensures a smooth, high-quality transition from product design to full-scale production by optimizing SMT processes, creating build packages, and verifying manufacturing steps such as stencil design and program setup. **Technical Knowledge:** SMT/Back End processes, SMT/Back End tooling design, equipment experience "SMT/Back End equipment experience, OR/WS thermal profiles, conformal coating process, process optimization, quality control, efficient manufacturing, PCBA knowledge, process optimization, quality control, efficient manufacturing, PCBA knowledge.
