We are a passionate team responsible for this incredible company, and we are seeking experienced professionals with a passion for helping our customers grow using all the tools OTIF offers.* **Pricing Specialist** **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct supplier tenders available in the logistics market, ensuring negotiation terms are favorable to the company across the following criteria: * Cost: Price, freight charges, payment terms. * Features: Presentation, availability, cost-effectiveness of use. * Service: Service level, delivery time, warranty, support and maintenance. * Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers through ongoing meetings, aiming to increase profitability. * Deliver supplier quotations to the commercial department promptly: immediately for domestic requests, within 24 hours of export request submission, and within 48 hours for import requests. * Manage the system containing all company rates and supplier conditions. * Continuously update the supplier directory with contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, and other critical information. * Develop, monitor, and organize strategies to optimize material distribution to customers and/or customer transfers. * Implement KPIs and tracking metrics. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, specifically in Pricing. * ERP system proficiency. * Leadership and proactivity. * Willingness to work in Monterrey. **We Offer:** · Salary: $18,000 gross monthly · Salary increases · Sick leave days · Company parking · Free parking · Option for indefinite-term contract · Company-provided mobile phone · Additional vacation days or paid leave *OTIF is an equal opportunity employer.
