Proficiency in video surveillance and tracking systems MONITORING SUPERVISOR Core Purpose of the Position: The Monitoring Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper surveillance of SEGADI’s units and operations, guaranteeing compliance with security protocols, rapid incident detection, and timely response to minimize risks, protect company assets, and ensure supply chain operational continuity. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of the monitoring team. Ensure surveillance operations are conducted in accordance with established protocols. Coordinate responses to emergency situations, guaranteeing facility and transit unit safety. Ensure compliance with CTPAT, OEA, and other applicable security regulations in the industry. Specific Knowledge: Monitoring and Video Surveillance: Advanced operation of CCTV, GPS, and real-time tracking tools. Security Protocols: Knowledge of transportation security protocols, including CTPAT and OEA. Incident Management: Identification, analysis, and response to risk events or operational deviations. Access and Perimeter Control: Monitoring of facility entrances/exits and transit units. Certifications and Courses: Monitoring and Video Surveillance Course: Operation of CCTV, GPS, and tracking software. Risk and Security Management Certification: Training in identification and mitigation of threats in transportation and logistics operations.
