We seek a specialized professional to join our **Line Product Development** unit, with experience in analysis and documentation of *stability samples* from *reformulations* and *alternative manufacturers*, as well as *analytical and process transfers*, in compliance with current regulations and the Quality Management System (QMS). Your key responsibilities include: * **Analytical Management:** Perform analysis and technical documentation of stability samples for reformulations and alternative raw material sources. * **Technology Transfer:** Coordinate and document analytical and process transfers, ensuring strict compliance with QMS and applicable regulations. * **Method Validation:** Oversee and execute validation/revalidation of analytical methods for line products. * **Formula Optimization:** Ensure product functionality and interchangeability through rigorous technical analysis. * **In-Process Quality Control:** Monitor reagent inventory and ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices). **Required Profile:** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s degree (degree certificate or letter of completion) in Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy & Biochemistry (QFB), or related health-sector disciplines. **Technical Competencies:** * Stability testing of reformulations and alternative manufacturers. * Interpretation of national and international regulations, pharmaceutical industry standards, and pharmacopoeias. * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and GDP (Good Distribution Practices). * Laboratory instruments (HPLC, IR Spectroscopy, UV-Vis, GC, etc.). * Unit operations in manufacturing processes. * Process and analytical transfers. * Interchangeability testing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. **Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** * **Pay Schedule:** Biweekly, paid punctually. * **Social Security Benefits:** Savings fund (5%) and monthly food vouchers (10%). * **Annual Compensation:** 30-day Christmas bonus and 50% vacation premium. * **Additional Services:** Subsidized cafeteria and corporate transportation routes (subject to availability). * **Brand Benefits:** Exclusive employee discounts on our products. **Vacancy Details:** Location: Zapopan South Plant (Av.
