Position Objective Lead and optimize digital sales in retail chains, ensuring commercial results, operational efficiency, and a high-level customer experience. Structure Reports to: E-commerce Executive(s) Responsibilities Define sales strategy per retail chain. Ensure monthly budget compliance. Supervise catalog execution and product availability. Lead the E-commerce Executive. Coordinate with logistics, distribution centers (CEDIS), and after-sales. Monitor sales, conversion, and performance. Analyze competition and market behavior. Knowledge: Digital strategy, marketplaces, advanced Excel, logistics Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. · Benefits: Salary: $18,000–$25,000 gross, commensurate with skills, experience, and aptitudes.
