A Mexican confectionery company with 75 years of market experience is seeking a Human Resources Manager.
Requirements:
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in:
* Human Resources
* Business Administration
* Industrial Relations
* or related field.
* Preferred: Specialization or Master’s degree in Human Capital or Administration.
**Required Experience**
* 8–15 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Minimum 5 years in managerial positions.
* Demonstrable experience in:
* Operational large-scale recruitment.
* Manufacturing, food, logistics, operational retail, or labor-intensive industries.
* Operations with headcount of 1,500+ employees.
* High turnover environments.
* Labor relations and union management.
* Critical vacancy coverage and operation under pressure.
* HR performance indicator management.

* Supervise and ensure compliance with key Human Resources performance indicators.
* Coordinate recruitment, labor relations, and personnel administration teams.
* Address labor conflicts and disciplinary proceedings.
* Maintain effective relationships with unions and labor authorities.
* Implement retention and labor stability strategies.
* Ensure legal and regulatory labor compliance.
* Provide direct operational support during crises or staffing shortages.
* Generate executive reports and HR metrics for senior management.
* Actively participate in operational growth and stability strategies.
