At **Bachoco**, a leading company in the food industry, we are seeking a **General Services Manager** to join our team. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities related to the maintenance and proper functioning of facilities, common areas, and support services, ensuring safe and suitable conditions for operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, furniture, office equipment, and common areas. * Administer and supervise internal services such as: staff transportation, cafeteria, laundry, and cleaning. * Manage office supplies and resources, cleaning materials, and spare parts, while adhering to the allocated budget. * Address and follow up on service requests from various departments within the plant/offices. * Supervise general services operational staff (cleaning assistants, gardeners, 14 employees). * Support the administration of corporate agreements and benefits (health campaigns, events, recognitions, etc.). * Support internal and external audits related to infrastructure and services. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to general services, benefits, or human resources. * Coordination of staff services (cafeteria, transportation, uniforms, laundry). * Basic facility maintenance. * Vendor and contractor management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Personnel management and employee relations skills. **Competencies** * Service and employee well-being orientation * Organization and planning * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Operational leadership **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunities for professional development within an industry-leading company Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Salary: $23,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
