We are looking for a Fleet and Operations Manager with leadership, organizational skills, and transportation experience to ensure efficiency in our operations. Candidate Profile Education: Completed high school (higher education in logistics or administration preferred). Minimum Experience: 2 years in: Route and logistics coordination. Supervision and direct attention to operators. Transportation circuit management. Knowledge: Geography of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG) and national routes. Key Skills: Organization, effective communication, decision-making, and internal system management. Responsibilities Assignment and control of route documentation. Supervision of operators and punctual delivery tracking. Invoice validation and payment evidence recording. Shipment entry and scanning into the internal system. Scheduling pickups according to vehicle timing. We Offer Monthly salary: $21,453 before taxes. Statutory benefits and full IMSS contributions. Additional Benefits: Savings fund.
