***Critical Systems Technician***
**Job Objective:**
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment according to the annual maintenance program, and maintain optimal conditions for all facilities comprising the critical services area.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical service equipment, in accordance with work orders issued within the MP system.
* Comply with good documentation practices per the quality management system guidelines.
* Document daily operation of assigned equipment (machine room, water system, power plant, and air conditioning system) by accurately completing logbooks and work orders.
* Participate in emergency response teams and related training.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum education: Technical degree in Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions.
* Flexible availability to accommodate schedule requirements.
**Required Knowledge and Experience in:**
* Operation and maintenance of boilers.
* Operation and maintenance of low-pressure air compressors.
* Operation and maintenance of fire emergency power plants.
* Operation and maintenance of vertical pumps.
* Operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
* Operation and maintenance of purified and injectable-grade water generation and distribution systems.
* Operation and maintenance of clean steam generation equipment.
**Work Schedule:**
* 4x4 Shift Pattern: Work 4 days (2 day shifts from 7:00 to 19:00 hrs and 2 night shifts from 19:00 to 7:00 hrs), followed by 4 consecutive days off.

* Daily wage: $604.68
