Contribution to the company's financial success Opportunity: We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Flexometal S.A. de C.V. in an on-site position. This opportunity will allow you to work for a solid and growing company, effectively contributing to its financial management. Responsibilities: Filing tax returns and paying taxes. Reviewing accounting entries for purchases and sales. Determining and filing tax declarations timely and accurately (Income Tax [ISR], Value Added Tax [IVA], ISR and IVA withholdings, 3% payroll tax). Calculating and processing IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, seniority premium, tax payments, and severance pay. Submitting Electronic Accounting. Preparing Income Statements and Financial Statements for shareholders and partners. Performing MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, and ANNUAL accounting activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations, coordinating and completing annual audits, and reviewing/assisting with financial reports as needed. Analyzing and reporting on Financial Statements, including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, and preparing and analyzing budgets. PROPOSING improvements to internal administrative systems and procedures, and initiating corrective actions to ensure proper accounting information flow. Requirements: 2–3 years of prior accounting experience. Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines.
