Job Summary: Inventory Coordinator for a leading beauty products company, responsible for controlling physical and system-based inventories, supervising material movements, and leading staff. With its brands MC and GC Nails, it seeks: Inventory Coordinator Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience. • Reside near the area. • Work schedule: Monday to Friday; Saturdays half-day. • Knowledge of iDrall (preferred). Responsibilities: • Coordinate and control physical and system-based inventories across warehouses. • Supervise material receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns. • Define and monitor inventory levels, maximums, minimums, and reorder points. • Execute and lead physical inventory control, cycle counts, FEFO (First Expired, First Out) implementation, handling of non-conforming products, shrinkage management, segregation of finished goods pallets, and knowledge of shipping operations. • Lead and supervise operational staff involved in inventory control. • Ensure compliance with procedures, internal policies, and internal controls. • Participate in continuous improvement and inventory optimization projects.
