Managing managerial, commercial, administrative, and operational vacancies—both internal and external. Conducting screening, initial, and competency-based interviews. Ongoing candidate follow-up. Reference checking and validation. Maintaining physical and electronic personnel files. Weekly vacancy reporting. Onboarding.
