This position is critical to ensuring **inventory control, product traceability, logistics coordination, and administrative support**, contributing to operational efficiency and the company’s orderly growth. The ideal candidate combines **operational execution capability with administrative skills, proficiency in digital tools, and a focus on continuous improvement**. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Inventory and Warehouse Management Coordinate and ensure proper inventory control, guaranteeing organization, traceability, and data reliability. Responsibilities: * Receiving and verifying goods against purchase orders * Recording inventory receipts and shipments in ERP or administrative systems * Managing inventory using operational methodologies such as: * FIFO / FEFO, as applicable * Cyclical inventories * ABC classification * Supervising warehouse layout and organization * Managing batches, expiry dates, and product traceability * Identifying and analyzing inventory discrepancies * Proposing improvements to optimize space, product flow, and inventory control 2\. Logistics Coordination Coordinate order preparation and dispatch, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in shipping. Responsibilities: * Coordinating with the commercial team for order preparation * Supervising picking and packing processes * Coordinating with courier and logistics service providers * Scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries * Resolving logistics incidents * Optimizing goods receipt and dispatch processes 3\. Management of Systems and Digital Tools Manage operational information using digital tools and management systems. Responsibilities: * Recording and controlling operations in ERP or administrative systems * Maintaining and updating product databases * Managing inventory and movement data * Using digital tools for operational control (Excel, ERP, logistics platforms) * Proposing improvements for automation and operational efficiency 4\. Administrative Support Provide support for basic administrative activities that assist business operations. Responsibilities: * Supporting administrative document control * Organizing supplier and operations files * Tracking supplier invoicing or operational documentation * Assisting with reconciliation of operational data * Supporting general administrative tasks within the department 5\. Documentation of Operational Processes This position will play an important role in the **standardization and documentation of the company’s operational processes**.
