Job Summary: We are seeking an Ink Technician to join our team, performing press downtime reduction, ink recovery and preparation, and ink maker maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. We are **GMV Converter**, a company with over 40 years in the market specializing in flexible labels and packaging; we are looking for you—join us as: ***Ink Technician*** ***Requirements:*** * Education: Completed junior high school. * Experience in a similar position. * Easy access to the work zone "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar). * Availability to rotate shifts or work a 4x4 schedule of 12-hour shifts. ***Responsibilities:*** * Reduce press downtime caused by tone adjustments and/or ink shortages. * Recover returned ink. * Reduce inventory of diluted inks by utilizing them for pre-start preparations. * Use the spectrophotometer to match colors. * Reduce inventory of diluted inks by utilizing them for pre-start preparations. * Support job toning as required, aiming for the shortest possible time. * Ensure the ink maker is continuously supplied with required bases, inks, and varnishes. * Keep the ink maker and its work area clean and orderly during the shift. * Comply with instructions established by the Ink Supervisor. * Prepare inks for the entire print run. ***We Offer:*** * Weekly tax-free salary: $2,416\. * Food vouchers: $1,317 monthly. * Savings fund: 10%. * Productivity bonus: $3,000 tax-free. * 20-day year-end bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Company-provided transportation.
