Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Coordinator to effectively manage information systems, optimize resources, and ensure security and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of information systems and security 2. Coordination of technical support and preventive maintenance 3. Network infrastructure management and inventory control A leading company in the sale of lumber and hardware is looking for: Systems Coordinator. Position Objective: To effectively manage the company’s information systems in accordance with current security and productivity standards, aiming to optimize resources and enhance process productivity. Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and handling of technical support requests from all departments 2. Daily backup of company data on cloud and physical storage at Cedis and branches 3. Preventive maintenance of equipment and servers in general 4. License expiration tracking in general 5. Monitoring of various company systems to ensure optimal performance 6. Supervision/Installation of network infrastructure 7. Responsibility for IP and analog telephone switches 8. Management of the Systems Department’s activity schedule 9. Supervision of auxiliary activities in Systems and IT 10. Inventory control and allocation of computing equipment 11.
