Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager with experience in team coordination, process control, and resource optimization for a plumbing products company. Key Highlights: 1. Production team coordination 2. Experience in assembly processes and WIP control 3. Knowledge of ISO-9001:2015, Lean Six Sigma, and problem solving A nationally leading company in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of plumbing products, located in Santa Anita, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. Position sought: Production Manager Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering \- 3 years in a similar position. \- Proficiency in MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Proteus) Experience in: \- Coordinating production teams \- Assembly processes \- Process control \- WIP (Work in Progress) control \- Monitoring and achieving production KPIs \- Optimization of technical, economic, and material resources \- Production plan tracking \- Leadership and labor conflict management Knowledge of: \- ISO\-9001:2015 \- Industrial safety \- Continuous improvement – Lean Six Sigma \- Problem solving – 8D methodology \- Production line balancing We offer: Weekly salary payment Food vouchers Savings fund Statutory benefits Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $29,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
