Job Summary: We are seeking a Procedures Manager (Quality) to ensure documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of procedures within the Quality Management System (QMS) at a wood and hardware import company, ensuring regulatory compliance and organizational process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure documentation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. 2. Coordinate the implementation of procedures across various departments. 3. Support audits and continuous improvement processes. Wood and Hardware Import Company is looking for: - Procedures Manager (Quality) Job Objective: Ensure proper documentation, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QMS procedures, aligned with ISO 9000 and ISO 18000 standards, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and organizational process efficiency. Responsibilities: - Develop, document, update, and control QMS procedures, policies, and forms. - Ensure processes comply with quality and safety standards. - Coordinate procedure implementation across different departments. - Monitor adherence to documented processes. - Manage document versions and archiving (document control). - Support internal and external audits. - Track quality indicators (KPIs). - Support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: -Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field -1 to 3 years of experience in: Quality Management Systems, Document Control, and/or Processes and Procedures -Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001 (updated version of ISO 18000) -Internal audits -Process mapping -Document management -Coordination with operational and administrative departments.
