***Chupaletas de la Rosa is looking for your talent!*** **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** **Location:** Carretera a San Sebastián 1550 C San Sebastian El Grande, 45620 Guadalajara, Jal. **Company:** Chupaletas, S.A. de C.V. **Position Type:** Full-time \| Rotating shifts **Required Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform **scheduled maintenance**. * Respond to **failure reports**: adjustments, cleaning, basic electrical repairs. * Complete **controls documentation for the assigned area**. * Carry out **machine adjustments and modifications** according to projects. * Conduct **failure mode analysis**. * Perform **belt replacements**. * Operate **coders and vertical packaging machines**. * Knowledge and operation of **servomotors**. * Perform **lubrication and detailed machinery inspections**. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry or similar. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. * PLC operation experience is desirable. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Proactive attitude, orderliness, and results-oriented focus. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Savings fund * Attendance bonus * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Subsidized cafeteria * Employee transportation Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
