Effective communication with operational staff and supervisors **Fresh Graduate Process Engineer** **Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical/professional degree. * **Experience:** Prior experience in plants or professional internships in the field is desirable. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate level: pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). **Position Objective:** Ensure administrative and operational control of the production area. You will be responsible for aligning shop-floor information with the system (ERP), monitoring material usage, and supporting efficiency improvement through data analysis and indicator tracking. **Main Responsibilities** **1\.
