The objective of the position is to ensure the proper reconciliation and audit of operational and financial information, guaranteeing the accuracy of sales, inventory, and cash register records. Responsibilities: Audit inventories and validate differences between system and physical counts. Perform invoice reconciliations with sales reports and accounting records. Execute and verify daily or weekly cash register closings. Consolidate sales based on system tickets and reports. Identify and report inconsistencies in accounting or administrative information. Collaborate with finance, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure internal control. Generate administrative and audit reports. Requirements: Studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in administrative or accounting processes (minimum 1 year). Proficiency in ERP or SAP (essential). Solid knowledge of Excel and inventory control. Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, and results orientation.
