An established confectionery company with over 40 years in the market, recognized for its commitment to excellence, is seeking a **Payroll** **Accountant** to join our team.
**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (MANDATORY)
* Solid knowledge of tax laws (ISR), social security laws (IMSS), housing fund regulations (INFONAVIT), workers' credit institute rules (FONACOT), Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and its Regulations (RLISR) regarding salaries and wages
* Proficiency in NOMIPAQ, SUA, and IDSE systems
* Intermediate Excel skills for preparing working papers
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Preparation of weekly payroll and issuance of corresponding pay slips
* Management of SUA and IDSE transactions: employee onboarding, offboarding, salary modifications, and disability tracking
* Calculation of severance payments and settlements
* Annual processing and calculation of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and other bonuses
* Calculation of payroll tax, SUA (monthly and bimonthly)
* Calculation of variable salaries and annual ISR recalculation
* Annual calculation of Work Risk Premium (Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo) for employer records
* INFONAVIT loan amortizations
* Preparation of payroll cost reports

**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 5:30 PM
