Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Helpdesk support, network maintenance, computer equipment handling, server management, printer installation and maintenance, productivity application consoles, cybersecurity tools, and digital AI tools. * Knowledge of: Office, GSuite, Operating Systems, Networks (TCP/IP, Switches, Ethernet, cabling, WIFI). Responsibilities: 1\.\- Perform preventive and corrective actions to ensure proper system functionality. 2\.\- User Support: Provide remote or on-site assistance for computer equipment, printing, videoconferencing, and/or network issues using relevant technology tools and configurations. 3\.\- Efficiently manage new tools and/or strategies for support: researching and analyzing software and hardware processes that can enhance and support company growth through IT services across various activities. 4\.\- Provide technological services and equipment during company events and operational locations: delivering required technology resources to enhance end-user experience. 5\.\- Assist in staff training (training plans for onboarding and technological innovation). 6\.\- Document department procedures, research, and implement new technologies (innovation). 7\.\- Provide user support regarding incidents in implemented systems.
