Paid training. **Join the best financial industry team in Mexico.** We are hiring Field Collections Officers for the Tlaquepaque and Tlajomulco areas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage delinquent customer accounts. * Conduct field visits to cover assigned portfolio. * Make preventive collection calls. * Perform home verifications. * Achieve daily targets. * Locate customers with outstanding debts. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 years or older * Education: Completed high school (Preferred)* * "Vehicle ownership is mandatory" (4-cylinder car or motorcycle). * Experience: 2 years in collections and/or field work (Preferred)* **We Offer:** * Base salary* * Excellent commission structure. * Gasoline allowance. * Target achievement bonus of $3,000 (guaranteed for 6 months). * Training bonus of $2,400.
