We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Cargo Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a vehicle to safely, efficiently, and punctually deliver goods to our customers and distribution centers, fully complying with all federal safety and traffic regulations. Key Responsibilities * Safely and professionally operate heavy-duty vehicles according to assigned routes, schedules, and destinations. * Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights) and report any mechanical anomalies. * Strictly comply with Federal Traffic Regulations (SCT) and road safety regulations. * Maintain constant communication with the monitoring and traffic team to report trip status, incidents, or delays. * Supervise and assist with loading/unloading operations, including pump filling at customer facilities, always maintaining courteous and professional conduct. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * **License:** Valid Federal Driver’s License Type "B" or "E". * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a freight transporter or operator of cargo vehicles weighing 5–10 tons. * **Knowledge:** Thorough knowledge of federal highways and traffic regulations. * **Willingness to travel.** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school. **Preferred:** * Basic mechanical knowledge to resolve minor roadside issues. **Competencies** * High level of responsibility and sense of urgency. * Honesty and integrity. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation days) * Travel allowances (paid by the company) * Performance-based bonuses tied to trip indicators * Initial and ongoing training * PTU payments exceeding statutory requirements * Free uniforms Contact: Apply through this channel \*7\*2\*9\*7\*1\*3\*0\*5\*5\*9\* Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On the road
