Growth opportunity **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mechanical Shop Supervisor** responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of work within the mechanical workshop, guaranteeing service quality, on-time delivery, and internal/external customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Assign, coordinate, and supervise mechanical work within the workshop. * Verify diagnostics and repairs, ensuring quality and technical compliance. * Monitor vehicle workflow and delivery timelines. * Manage technical staff (mechanics, assistants, electricians, etc.). * Prepare reports on completed work, progress, and delivered vehicles. * Coordinate spare parts and material requisitions. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards in the workshop. * Follow up on warranties and technical clarifications. * Report directly to management. **Requirements** * Minimum verifiable experience of 2–3 years as Mechanical Shop Supervisor, Coordinator, or similar role (automotive industry). * Technical knowledge of automotive mechanics (multibrand preferred). * Experience managing work orders and operational control. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset. * Education: Automotive Technician, Automotive Engineering, Mechanics, or related field (preferred). **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $25,000 * **Statutory benefits:** Social Security, vacation, year-end bonus, etc. * Job stability. * Excellent working environment. * Growth opportunity.
