




Over 28 years of age, gender indifferent. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition for: managerial positions, supervision, drivers, technicians and operators. Experience in administering and interpreting psychometric test batteries (software). Knowledge of KPIs related to the area, **goal-oriented, ability to work under pressure, proactive**. **Mandatory: experience with platforms and social media for talent attraction.** Accustomed to performing fieldwork; preferably has worked in a recruitment agency. **It is very important to have the ability to work within defined processes and manage high volumes of vacancies.
