For a restaurant located at: Plaza Punto Sur Waiters with experience in à la carte restaurants Requirements: Knowledge of table wines, basic mixology, spirits, suggestive selling techniques, eagerness to learn new products, passion for Italian cuisine and its various preparations. Excellent memory for learning menus and restaurant point-of-sale systems. Willingness to work full shifts, including opening and closing.
