Position Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor to monitor, inspect, and coordinate safety systems at hydraulic construction sites, ensuring occupational and environmental protection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safety and hygiene surveillance and inspection at hydraulic construction sites 2. Identification and proposal of locations for safety equipment 3. Supervision and correction of preventive signage at construction sites MAV INGENIERIA INTEGRAL Seeks a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Biology or Environmental Engineering (or related fields) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Personnel management experience Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Surveillance, inspection, coordination, development, or control of safety and hygiene systems at water conveyance projects in closed conduits or similar hydraulic construction works Verification and supervision of services related to continuous safety and hygiene monitoring at the construction site Identification and proposal of locations for fire extinguishers, hoses, signs, barriers, tapes, protective nets, and other safety equipment across construction sites and various work fronts—including pedestrian crossings, parking areas, access roads, dumping zones, and construction zones Inspection and reporting on the presence and condition of personal protective equipment and safety devices required to enable workers to perform their duties with minimal risk Development of diagrams and recommendations for work programs and worker transit routes—especially those involving material and/or equipment transport—to define safe routes, corridor evacuation paths, emergency exit routes, etc. Supervision and instruction to correct preventive signage at the construction site, ensuring that the site remains adequately protected at all times to guarantee worker safety and prevent accidents involving unauthorized personnel Monitoring and prevention of any potential subsurface contamination risks within the project’s area of influence -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Decision-making, Environmental, Microsoft Office, Safety, Personnel supervision Keywords: resident, supervisor, manager, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, escort, guard, watchman, guard, surveillance, cleaning, hygiene, cleaning, cleaning
