




Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance professional to execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans on technical systems and civil repairs, managing operations and supervising safety. Key Responsibilities Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled plans to prevent failures and respond immediately to facility breakdown reports. Technical Systems: Inspection and repair of low-voltage electrical systems, plumbing, and equipment. Civil Repairs and Finishing Works: Basic masonry, painting, vitrified tile installation, carpentry, and repairs to drywall or ceiling panels. Operations Management: Preparation of service logs, tracking of service tickets, and requesting necessary materials for repairs. Cleaning and Safety: Supervise hygiene in common areas, waste collection, and ensure compliance with current safety regulations. Desired Profile: Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in 'multiservices' (electricity, plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry). Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication for direct interaction with tenants or customers, and ability to work under pressure during emergencies. Physical and Administrative Requirements: Good physical condition for manual labor, flexible schedule availability (frequently rotating shifts in commercial centers), and occasionally a driver's license for material transportation. Reside in the southern area.
