Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to develop space proposals, visual tools, and collaborate with industrial designers. Key Highlights: 1. Generation of innovative space proposals. 2. Collaboration with industrial designers and sales team. 3. Creation of visual tools to captivate customers. **Project Architect** Your objective will be to develop space proposals in collaboration with industrial designers and provide visual tools to the sales team to captivate customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of anchoring plans (footings, base plates, plate embedding) * Technical data sheets * Site area surveys (measurement of surface areas and heights) * Preparation of drawings (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.) * Proposal of layout and equipment placement * Production of renders for products proposed to clients * 3D modeling (SketchUp) * Rendering (Lumion) * Interior design selection for staging (furniture and decoration) **Experience Requirements** * Graduate in Architecture * 3D modeling * Realistic rendering * Image editing * Blueprint interpretation * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary, paid biweekly * Gym membership * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Workplace address: Av.
