Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in personnel management, vendor relations, and supervision of maintenance activities in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in maintenance personnel management 2. Administration and interaction with service providers 3. Comprehensive facility maintenance management We are looking for your talent as a Maintenance Manager. Requirements: Industrial Maintenance, Civil Engineering, or related field. (Completed or incomplete). Experience in the position: Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor (Preferably 5 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level). Strong sense of responsibility, effective communication skills, and personnel management capability. Knowledge of electrical installations, water systems, gas systems, and air conditioning. Responsibilities: Personnel management (team of 10). Interaction with air conditioning and general maintenance service providers. Handling and supervision of maintenance work orders. Reporting and follow-up to General Management. Quotation preparation, budgeting, and material procurement. Building maintenance (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning).-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education - Technological High School 5 years of experience Age: 35 years and older Knowledge: Maintenance Driver's License: Class A Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
