Position Profile We are looking for a **Substitute and Pedagogical Assistant Teacher** with vocation, professional ethics, and deep respect for childhood, who can actively integrate into the pedagogical team. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Pedagogy or related fields**. * **English – intermediate to advanced level.** * **Classroom teaching experience.** * Proficiency in digital tools (**Google Drive and Office suite**). * Personal skills: **organization, empathy, proactivity, and enjoyment of teamwork**. Main Responsibilities * **Cover classroom substitutions** following the institution's pedagogical approach. * **Observe and document interests and learning processes** to contribute to pedagogical projects. * **Participate in the creation of routines and learning environments** that promote cognitive, physical, and social development. * **Maintain communication with families** through group and individual meetings. * **Provide pedagogical administrative support** in areas such as material storage and library management.
