We are looking for your talent as a LATHE OPERATOR with experience in NOM\-059, BPM, BPF, and BPD. We offer: \-Monthly salary of $17,000 (gross) \-Timely weekly payment \-Savings fund contribution of 5% \-Monthly food vouchers equivalent to 10% \-Vacation bonus of 50% \-Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary \-Subsidized cafeteria service \-Corporate transportation routes (please inquire about available routes) \-Employee discount on purchases Requirements: \-Technical or engineering degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Tools, Mechatronics, or related fields (intern or graduate) \-Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles and personnel management within pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries \-Solid knowledge of NOM\-059, BPF, and BPD \-Availability to rotate shifts monthly (mandatory) \-Responsible, committed, team-oriented, flexible, analytical / detail-oriented, personnel management skills, leadership Schedule: \-Modality 1: 8-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday / Morning, Afternoon, or Night (monthly rotation) Responsibilities: \-Carry out manufacturing and repair of components for the company's production equipment \-Prepare reports related to repairs \- cost reduction \-Manufacture consumables and formats for production equipment \-Knowledge of various types of machinery, including milling machines, lathes, and CNC machines \-Knowledge of various welding techniques, including Argon and TIG welding \-Location: Av.
