




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Packaging Engineer with experience in regulatory compliance and personnel management to ensure packaging quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for your talent as a JUNIOR PACKAGING ENGINEER WITH NO EXPERIENCE, with knowledge of NOM-059, GMP, GDP, GPP, Quality Inspection, and personnel management. We offer: -Monthly salary: $15,000 MXN gross -Biweekly timely payment -5% savings fund -10% monthly food vouchers -50% vacation bonus -30-day year-end bonus -Subsidized cafeteria service -Corporate transportation routes (inquire about available routes) -Employee purchase discount Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, or related fields (intern or graduate). -Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles and personnel management within pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or related industries. -Strong knowledge of NOM-059, GMP, and GDP. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems. -Availability to rotate shifts monthly (mandatory). -Desirable: Knowledge of materials. -Responsible, committed, team-oriented, flexible, analytical / detail-oriented, personnel management skills, leadership. -Proficiency in AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, ILLUSTRATOR. Schedule: -T1: Monday to Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM. -T2: Monday to Saturday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Monthly shift rotation Responsibilities: -Update specifications for new materials. -Schedule and conduct functional tests on the production floor. -Prepare evaluation reports. -Actively participate in machine-side activities. -Handle various materials during production. -Location: Av.
